Glynda moved to Topsail Island and joined the Ward Realty Sales Team in 2005. Her local knowledge of the island and passion for the area, coupled with her experience in guiding clients through the process of selling and/or purchasing a luxury beach home, condo, town home or lot, has helped distinguish her as a multi-million-dollar producer. I believe in providing a personal touch and am committed to truly listening to both my sellers and my buyers.
