Chad Cunningham

I was born and raised in Madisonville, KY and have resided in Hopkins County for my entire life.After high school,I started a 25 year long career in underground coal mining.During that career,I learned what it means to earn a dollar.As well as coal mining,I am a football coach and have spent 17 years coaching at the high school level.I have successfully started multiple, successful football programs that are still active in our community.I received my real estate license in 2019 and have enjoyed learning so much about the industry.I do not believe myself to be a high pressure salesman, and I fully encourage my client(s) to be completely comfortable in their decisions.In my real estate business,I specialize in land - from farming to hunting.I hang my hat on being honest and strive to bring my coal mining/coaching work ethic into the real estate world to assist my clients.
