Cooley Ranch

Historically known as the Cooley Ranch, just 15 miles West of downtown Red Bluff, this ranch offers 4,160 acres of oak covered hills and open grass lands. Currently used as a winter cattle range running up to 275 spring pairs in the normal winter grazing season. These winter pastures near the Valley traditionally offer a mild climate and adequate rain fall for the cattle in the winter months. This would be a great addition to any summer ranch operation. The seasonal creeks, along with 25 watering holes ranging in size assure good stock water for the season. No current housing or cattle facilities but lots of flat land to build on with paved road access right to the ranch. This area of Tehama County is exceptionally beautiful in the winter months amongst these foothills with the backdrop of the coastal mountains which can be spectacular with snow caps and famous blue color. This ranch is also well blessed with wildlife including deer, pigs, turkey, quail and dove.
