A combined nearly 2,000 acres were listed for sale in Chittenden County recently; the value of all Chittenden County farms and rural land for sale was nearly $95 million. Chittenden County ranks sixth out of 14 counties in the Green Mountain State for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. Milton had the most land for sale.
